Use according to your weight. Up to 90 kg use 6 tablets daily / 90–120 kg use 8 tablets daily / over 120 kg use 10 tablets daily. Use half of the daily dose 45–60 minutes before workout. Use the other half of the daily dose immediately after workout. Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
